Our restaurant is a Japanese dining room where you can taste carefully selected sea and mountain delicacies.
Since the season is spring, we would like to introduce our spring menu.

Sashimi with sakura shrimps, which are in season in spring!

Spring is the season for sakura shrimps, also known as "jewels of the sea.
The vivid cherry blossom color is reminiscent of spring.
Although sakura shrimps are used for kakiage (deep fried oysters) and other dishes, we serve them as sashimi.
Please try this flavorful sashimi.

 

Refreshing taste, Hatsu Gatsuo Salt Tataki

In spring, bonito is also in season.
There are two types of skipjack: hatsu-gatsuo (first bonito) and kiri-gatsuo (returning bonito), but we recommend eating hatsu-gatsuo, which has a light and refreshing flavor, as tataki.
At our restaurant, you can enjoy the first gatsuo using a blend of Setouchi floral salt and salted kelp.
We hope you will enjoy the original flavor of bonito.

 

If you like meat, Japanese A4 Wagyu beef lean meat steak

We have continued to introduce the seafood menu, but we also have a meat menu.
We have prepared a recommended spring menu, "Japanese A4 Wagyu Red Meat Steak". This dish is made from Japanese A4 Wagyu beef thigh.
It is served refreshingly with a robust lean flavor.
