外は猛暑でクーラーが欠かせない時期になってきましたね。暑いこんな時期だからこそお仕事終わりや休日の外出時は、涼しいお店でおいしいお酒とともに乾杯したいところです。

そんなおいしいお酒にかかせないのは「串焼き」ではないでしょうか？当店では定番の鶏串焼きの他に、こだわりのオリジナルも多数ご用意しておりますので、ご紹介させていただきます。

まずは国産鶏を使った定番串焼き！

最初にご紹介するのが「大山どり　もも串」になります。当店では脂乗りのバランスがよい、ジューシーで味わい深い大山どりを使っています。

大山どりのおいしさを思う存分味わえる、シンプルな串焼きをお召しあがりください。たれか塩お好きな味を選んでくださいね。

コリコリ軟骨が入った串焼き！

次にご紹介するのが「軟骨入り国産鶏つくね串」です。安心安全の国産鶏肉と軟骨を組み合わせたつくね串になります。

噛むとやわらかい鶏肉の味わいの中に、コリコリとした食感がありくせになるおいしさになっています。からめてある甘辛いタレがたまりません。

しいたけのおいしさを串焼きで！

最後にご紹介するのが「長崎県南島原産　しいたけ串」になります。長崎県南島原産の香り豊かで旨み成分たっぷりのしいたけを使っております。

シンプルに串焼きにすることで口の中に豊かな香りが広がります。日本酒との相性抜群の串焼きになります。
