The "dashi-scented dashi maki tamago" is a specialty dish that is packed with the restaurant's special dashi broth.

The secret of the delicious taste is the use of the best ingredients. The soy sauce is made from the finest quality light soy sauce made from whole soybeans, bonito flakes from Makurazaki and mixed flakes, and Hokkaido kelp.

When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the aroma and flavor of the excellent dashi broth spreading out. Once you try it, there is no doubt that it will become one of your regular dishes.
