2月に入りまだまだ寒い日は続きますが、皆さんは体調崩したりしていないですか？寒い冬もあと少しの辛抱。寒い日は、温かい鍋料理をお召し上がりになりませんか？当店は、冬のおすすめメニューとして鍋料理をご用意しております。

七草がゆでお馴染みの食材

こちらは、七草がゆでお馴染みのセリを使用した鍋料理です。セリのほかに、豆苗もたっぷり入っております。お野菜と炙り鴨を一緒にお召し上がりください。追加メニューもご用意しておりますので、〆まで存分にお楽しみくださいね。

続いてご紹介するのは、鍋料理ではありませんが、大分の郷土料理「りゅうきゅう」です。冬が旬の寒鰤を胡麻醤油に漬け込んだお刺身のことで、当店では、練り胡麻を使用したオリジナル仕様でご提供しております。
