こちらは、砂肝えんがわをさっぱりとポン酢でお召し上がりいただく「砂肝えんがわポン酢」です。砂肝というとコリコリとした食感でお馴染みですが、「砂肝のえんがわ」は、さらに硬くコリコリとした強い食感をお楽しみいただけます。日本酒や焼酎をくいっと飲みながらご堪能ください。お酒が進む方も少なくないはず。
