As mentioned at the beginning of this article, these skewers are made with Tottori Prefecture's local chicken, "Daisen-dori" (Daisen chicken). The photo shows a single item, the Negima Skewer. In addition, we have a variety of other skewers such as thigh skewers, chicken skin skewers, liver skewers, gizzard skewers, and hearts skewers.
