冬に旬を迎える寒ブリを、皆さんはお召し上がりになりましたか？こちらは大分の郷土料理で「りゅうきゅう」という、ブリのお刺身を胡麻醤油漬けにした一品です。練り胡麻を使って風味豊かに仕上げました！お酒のお供にぴったりです。ぜひご賞味ください。
