Our restaurant offers a "Seasonal Recommendation Menu" using ingredients from each of the four seasons. Currently, we have a selection of menu items recommended for winter. Firstly, we would like to introduce "Rakuraku no Seri Nabe". The dish features a variety of hearty ingredients, such as chicken tsukune, momo (thigh), and mune (meat), along with seri, which has a distinctive texture and aroma.
