First up is the Kombu Dashi Tomato High. While our seasonal menu features mostly dishes, we have prepared a drink for this summer menu. The bright red tomatoes are perfect for summer! Combined with the kelp dashi, you will enjoy the lingering taste.

Next up is the "Hamo Katsu (hamo cutlet) with grated plum paste, ponzu sauce, and sansho salt" using hamo (Japanese conger eel), which is in season during the summer. The hamo cutlet has a crispy batter and fluffy meat, and is served with grated plum paste and sansho salt for a refreshing taste. This dish goes well with not only the "Kombu Dashi Tomato High" introduced today, but also a variety of other alcoholic beverages such as beer and shochu.
