Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Shinagawa Konan-guchi Store.

 

Our restaurant offers courses that are perfect for when you want to splurge just a little.

This time we introduce the "Kuzushi Kaiseki Course," which is one rank higher than the standard one. We hope you will take advantage of this course for your wintertime luxury dinner parties.

 

12 dishes, all-you-can-drink for 2 hours, 5,000 yen

くずし懐石(逸品)

The Kuzushi Kaiseki course is a hearty 12-course meal that is sure to satisfy your appetite! The 2-hour all-you-can-drink policy includes draft beer. Please enjoy both food and drinks.

The Kuzushi Kaiseki course offers a choice of two courses: the "Ippin Course," which allows you to fully enjoy both meat and seafood, and the "Nabe Course," which is filled with seasonal delicacies.

The contents of the Ippin Course are as follows

Appetizer] Deep-fried and soaked cartilage Tsukune and Shimabara shiitake mushrooms

Appetizers] Pinchos of hamon serrano and kuwai, pumpkin salad with salmon and hijiki, konnyaku tsukemen (Japanese noodles with konnyaku sauce)

Green Salad with Bacon and Cottage Cheese

Boiled soybeans with salt

Sashimi] Assorted 3 kinds of sashimi

Tempura of snow crab and shrimp

Steamed egg custard

Grilled dish] Selected beef steak

Meal] Kaisen bara chirashi

Sweet】Dessert of the day +200 yen (tax not included) to upgrade

 

The nabe course is a healthy hot pot filled with vegetables!

くずし懐石(鍋)

The main course of the nabe course is a grass hot pot with the aroma of crisply seared duck. This healthy nabe is filled with plenty of vegetables. The contents of the nabe course are as follows.

Appetizer] Deep-fried and soaked cartilage Tsukune and Shimabara shiitake mushrooms

Appetizers] Pinchos of hamon serrano and kuwai, pumpkin salad with salmon and hijiki, konnyaku tsukemen (Japanese noodles with konnyaku sauce)

Meal】Udon noodle as a finish (Can be changed to Zosui or Ramen: apply at the time of reservation)

Udon noodles are recommended to finish the light nabe, but can be changed to zosui (rice porridge) or ramen noodles if desired.

If you do not drink much, we also accept reservations for food only, so please let us know when you make your reservation.
