Hello, I am the PR manager for the Shinagawa Konan-guchi branch of Rakura Utage, a private room restaurant.

It is the last week of November and it is getting colder day by day. How is everyone doing? Please take care not to catch a cold. One of the things I miss during the cold season is one-pot meals to warm up my body.

Some of you may be thinking that it is time to miss one-pot meals. Today, we would like to introduce some of the nabe dishes that you can enjoy at our restaurant.

Would you like "Motsunabe" white or Taiwanese?

Shiro-motsu nabe (minimum order of 2 servings)/1,390 yen per serving (excluding tax)

Taiwanese motsu nabe (minimum order of 2 servings)/1,390 yen per serving (excluding tax)

One-pot dishes are a great way to warm up during the cold season. Among them, there are many people who enjoy "motsunabe," a hot pot dish in which you can enjoy the plump texture of the fish. At our restaurant, we offer two types of "motsu nabe": the first is the standard "white motsu nabe" and the second is the "Taiwanese motsu nabe" with a tangy and spicy flavor. The first is the standard "White Motsu Nabe" and the second is the "Taiwanese Motsu Nabe" with a tangy and spicy flavor. Please enjoy your choice of white or red motsunabe.

Additional menu items such as ramen noodles, rice for zosui (rice porridge), and udon noodles are also available to finish the meal.

A collaboration of Japanese and Western desserts

French toast with red bean paste / 550 yen (excluding tax)

After enjoying a hot nabe dish, how about an after-dinner dessert? This French toast is topped with Ogura-an (sweet bean paste) to create a dessert that is a collaboration of Japanese and Western flavors.
