What is the key to better taste of take-out menu? | Rakuzo Utage Shinagawa Konan-guchi Branch

Hello, I am the PR manager for the Shinagawa Konan-guchi branch of Rakura Utage, a private room restaurant.

Take-out is a popular way to enjoy the taste of a restaurant at home or at work. We also offer a takeout menu with some of our best dishes. Try these tips to make your meal even tastier!

Utilize toaster for warming up

Our takeout menu includes "Fried Gizzard with Silver Skin", "Fried Young Chicken Tatsuta (5cans)", and "French Fries (limited from May to September)". Are you using a microwave oven to reheat these fried foods? If you reheat them in the microwave, the batter may become soft and squishy. If you want to make the batter as crispy as freshly fried food, we recommend toasting it lightly in a toaster instead of in the microwave. Only the excess water will be removed, and you can reproduce the crispy fried food!

Serve with added color.

When you rearrange your takeout dishes on your plate, be sure to add a splash of color. For example, for the "Oyama Dori Liver Skewer" and "Oyama Dori Negima Skewer," try spreading a piece of shiso leaf on the skewer before placing it on the plate, or adding a tomato next to the "Fried Chicken Tatsuta-age" to add a splash of color.

Toast with your favorite glass

To enhance the atmosphere of the restaurant, how about preparing a slightly higher grade of alcohol that you would not normally drink? If you usually drink beer straight from the can, just pouring it into a stylish glass will change your mood. Please give it a try!
