Today, we would like to introduce you to the delicious motsu nabe we offer at our restaurant. We have prepared two types of motsunabe, so please order the one you prefer.

Standard and tasty white morotsu nabe

The white motsu nabe we offer is a standard and delicious motsu nabe. We use only domestically produced shimachou (Japanese chow) for our motsu nabe. The meat is carefully pre-processed and served with a plump texture.

Shiro-motsu nabe is popular among people of all ages. It can be ordered for various gatherings.

Taiwanese Motsunabe with an irresistible spiciness

We have another Taiwanese Motsunabe available at our restaurant. The spicy and tangy taste of Taiwanese motsu (fish balls) topped on top of motsu nabe (hot pot) is irresistible. This is the perfect summer dish to stimulate both appetite and alcohol.

For any of the motsu nabe dishes, additional motsu and vegetables can be ordered. You can also add udon or ramen noodles or a zosui (rice porridge) set, which is perfect for finishing off your meal. Please try our signature motsu nabe, which can be enjoyed not only as a snack with alcohol, but also as a meal to end the meal.
