Hello, I am the PR manager for the Shinagawa Konan-guchi branch of Rakura Utage, a private room restaurant.

Rakuzo Utage Shinagawa Konan-guchi offers original Japanese cuisine and creative dishes in a completely private room with a relaxed Japanese modern atmosphere. In addition to our regular menu, we offer a seasonal menu featuring seasonal ingredients and cooking methods.

Today we would like to introduce our seasonal menu. We have a variety of menu items, so please take advantage of them.

Seasonal menu with seasonal fish

We have also prepared a delicious seasonal menu using fish that is in season now. We have sesame sunfish, which is made by dipping fatty sunfish in sesame soy sauce.

We also made cutlets using fresh, live hamo (Japanese conger eel). The batter is crispy and the meat is fluffy. It is served with grated ume plum paste and sansho (Japanese pepper) salt for a refreshing taste.

Juicy limited menu with meat

We also offer a limited menu of hearty and tasty meat-based dishes. We have made Negima skewers with juicy, tender duck meat. You can choose either sauce or salt for the skewers, which are a perfect combination of duck and green onions.

We also offer steaks made from Japanese black beef thighs. It is served with homemade sauce made from onions and apples, and grated wasabi. Please enjoy it with a refreshing taste.
