Hello, I am the PR manager for the Shinagawa Konan-guchi branch of Rakura Utage, a private room restaurant.

Sorry for the wait! The popular "Dashi Aroma Dashi Kochi Dashimaki Tamago" is back for take-out! We hope you will enjoy the fluffy, aromatic, and delicious dashimaki tamago at home. This time, we would like to introduce you to the "Dashi-scented Kodawari Dashimaki Tamago" take-out service.

Take-out OK from October!

One of our signature dishes is "Dashi-scented Dashi-maki Tamago (rolled egg)". This luxurious delicacy is made with a generous amount of golden dashi broth that our chefs have spent a great deal of time and effort to prepare. When you put your chopsticks into the tamago-yaki, the broth will overflow from the inside of the tamago-yaki. Due to the high water content, the take-out service was suspended until September for hygienic reasons, but from October, it will be available again for take-out!

The "Dashi-scented Dashimaki Tamago" is reasonably priced at 550 yen (tax included), which includes the cost of the take-out container. Please enjoy this delicious dish at home. Reservations are required for take-out. If you have a specific date and time in mind, please contact the store.

The store also offers an arranged menu

The "dashi-scented sticky dashimaki tamago" available for take-out is the standard one only, but if you dine at the restaurant, there is an arranged menu of "dashi-scented sticky dashimaki tamago" available.

There are three types of arranged menus: "Ankake Dashimaki Tamago", "Dashimaki Tamago with Tartar Sauce", and "Sukiyaki Dashimaki Sandwich". Each has a different flavor, so be sure to find the one you like best!
