こちらは名古屋発祥の名物料理「台湾もつ鍋」です。醤油ベースのスープにはモツやひき肉、野菜の旨味がたっぷりと溶け出し深い味わいをお楽しみいただけます。さらに、程よいピリ辛感が寒い日にはぴったり。体を芯から温めて、体に元気をプラスしてくれるおすすめ鍋メニューです。
