Hello, I am the PR manager for the Shinagawa Konan-guchi branch of Rakura Utage, a private room restaurant.

Many of you may be planning a welcome party in the near future. Have you already decided on a restaurant to hold your welcome party? Our restaurant has been chosen as the venue for many welcome parties every year. Please leave it to us this year as well. In this issue, we would like to introduce some of our recommendations for your welcome party.

Easy to gather near the station

When it comes to a welcome party, it is not uncommon for the people gathering to come from different directions. Especially for gatherings with a large number of people, it is important to have good accessibility from each direction. Our restaurant is about a 3-minute walk from JR Shinagawa Station, and about a 4-minute walk from Shinagawa Station on the Keikyu Line. Since the restaurant is just off the train, even in the unlikely event that some members cannot make it in time for the start time, they can meet up with others without hesitation. The location near the station is also great for gathering without worrying about the weather.

Up to 70 people can be accommodated!

Our largest private banquet room can seat up to 70 people at the same time. It can accommodate a large number of people, making it ideal for corporate welcome parties. The seating is a sunken kotatsu type that allows you to relax comfortably. You can enjoy a relaxing time without having to worry about your feet becoming painful.

We recommend a course meal with all-you-can-drink option. It is very popular among organizers as it is easy to understand the bill and to set a budget! We are currently offering a spring course menu, which features many ingredients that are in season at this time of year. Please look forward to it!
