若鶏と軟骨つくねがたっぷり入った、鍋料理でございます。

若鶏のうま味がたっぷりと染み出したスープをお飲みいただければ、冬の寒さを忘れるほどに身体が温まります。

濃厚クリーミーな豆乳ベースのスープにアクセントとして、生姜を加えております。

変わり種鍋料理。「炙り鴨の草鍋」
