夏の定番！ゴーヤチャンプル！

夏といえばゴーヤチャンプルです。夏野菜の中に入るゴーヤは体を冷やす効果がありますので暑い夏を乗り切るには是非食べていただきたいお料理になります。

また、ゴーヤにはあの独特な苦みが在りながら癖になる味わいが特徴です。このゴーヤに含まれるモモルデシンという成分が胃腸を整え食欲を増進させてくれます。

当店では豚肉にＵＳ産アルトポークを使っていますので、肉の旨みが他の豆富やもやしや卵の食材を引き立ててくれます。

旬のとうもろこしの味わいをそのままに！

とうもろこしは「かぼちゃ」や「メロン」などと同じように糖度があります。旬時期に収穫されるとうもろこしの糖度は高く大変おいしいです。

当店では皮ごと調理しているのでさらに旨みと甘味が凝縮されております。焦がし醤油で焼き上げておりますので、食欲そそる香ばしさになっております。
