春のおすすめメニューをいただいて、より深く季節を感じてみてはいかがでしょうか。今回は、そんな一品料理を中心にご紹介します。

 

お酒が進む！豚肉巻きのみたらし団子！

焦げ目も食欲をそそる「みたらし団子の肉巻き炙り」は春のおすすめの逸品です。ボリュームもあって、食べごたえもしっかり。

特製のみたらしダレは甘さもちょうどいい加減で、炙りのひと手間を加えた香ばしい豚肉にとっても合うんですね。口の中で旨味と心地よい脂身がほどよく混ざり、また一本とついつい手が伸びます。つけ合わせのカラシをつけると、ぐっと味が引き締まります。
