Only a few more days left to enjoy our seasonal recommended menu.

Hello, I am the PR manager for the Shinagawa Konan-guchi branch of Rakura Utage, a private room restaurant.

How is everyone doing in November? This year was the first autumn in 2021, and I am sure that many of you enjoyed a special autumn. As late autumn has arrived, there are only a few days left to enjoy the autumn season. Today, we would like to introduce a few dishes from our seasonal menu.

 

Now is the best time to eat fatty "chub mackerel"!

Sashimi of fresh mackerel off the coast of Nagasaki / 1,090 yen (excluding tax)

This is a recommended dish for those who enjoy seasonal mackerel. The mackerel in season is fatty and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a mouth-watering flavor. We serve sashimi made from "Mackerel" off the coast of Nagasaki.

Please enjoy it with sake.

 

A gem of mushrooms with concentrated flavor

Seared hanpen and mushrooms baked in foil / 690 yen (tax excluded)

Next up is "Seared Hanpen and Mushrooms Baked in Foil". Plenty of seasonal mushrooms are used to wrap with hanpen and baked in foil. The foil wrapping allows the mushrooms to cook without losing their good aroma and flavor. The buttery soy sauce combines well with the delicious flavor of the mushrooms to create an appetizing dish.
