11月に入りましたが、皆さんいかがお過ごしでしょうか。今年は令和初の秋ということもあり、特別な秋を楽しまれたというかたも少なくないはず。晩秋になり、秋を楽しむことができるのも残りわずかです。本日は、季節のおすすめメニューの中からいくつかの料理をピックアップしてご紹介いたします。

脂がのった「真さば」は今が食べどき！

長崎沖　真さばのお刺身/1,090円（税抜）

こちらは、旬のさばをご堪能いただける、おすすめの一品です。旬のさば脂がよくのっていて、とろける舌触りと口いっぱいに広がる旨味をご堪能いただけます。当店では、長崎沖の「真さば」を使用したお刺身をご提供しております。

茸の旨味が凝縮された逸品

炙りはんぺんと茸のホイル焼き/690円（税抜）

続いてご紹介するのは、「炙りはんぺんと茸のホイル焼き」です。旬の茸をふんだんに使用してはんぺんと一緒に包んでホイル焼きにしました。ホイルに包んだことで、茸の良い香りと旨味を逃さず調理します。バター風味の醤油ソースが茸の旨味とよく合い食欲をそそる逸品になりました。
