Hello, I am the PR manager for the Shinagawa Konan-guchi branch of Rakura Utage, a private room restaurant.

当店では、お肉、海鮮をともに炙ることで旨みが中に凝縮され、素材そのもののおいしさを楽しんでいただける「炙りメニュー」をご用意しています。

今回は、当店でお楽しみいただける人気「炙りメニュー」をご紹介します。

旨みがギュッ「海鮮炙り」メニュー

魚料理をするときに、「焼く」方も多いですが、「焼く」と「炙る」は、何が違うの？と思われる方もいますね。

「焼く」は、全体に火を通すことも目的にし、直火とはかぎらず、「炙る」は、直火で表面に焦げ目をつけるほど火を通すことを目的にした調理法です。

直火で一気に焦げ目がつくほど調理することで、内側に旨みが凝縮されます。

・炙り〆鯖
鯖が苦手！という方にもお楽しみいただける一皿！臭みなどもなく人気です。

・するめ烏賊の甘辛炙り
烏賊を炙ることで、甘みをご堪能いただけます。

このほかにも、日本酒と楽しみたい「海鮮炙り」をご用意しています。

余分な脂を落としてヘルシーな「炙り肉」メニュー

肉の脂が気になってなかなかがっつりお肉を食べることを躊躇してしまう女性のみなさん！

当店でご用意しています「炙り肉」メニューでは、炙り海鮮と同じく外側から一気に直火で火を入れるため、余分な脂をおとし、中はとってもジューシーで美味しい逸品に仕上がっています。

・国産親鶏の黒焼き
見た目はびっくり！ついつい二度見してしまうこともありますが、一度食べたらやみつき間違いなしの絶品です。

・牛タンの炙り焼き
意外に脂が多い牛タンを直火で火を通すことで、脂を落とし、さっぱり召し上がっていただけます。
