Hello, I am the PR manager for the Shinagawa Konan-guchi branch of Rakura Utage, a private room restaurant.

職人が焼き上げる本格炙りメニューが人気の「楽蔵うたげ品川港南口」。当店でご提供しているのは、本格炙りだけではありません。毎日日本全国の漁港から仕入れているため、鮮度抜群の魚介が豊富です。

本日は、当店でご提供している魚介のメニューをご紹介します。炙りメニューと一緒にお魚を楽しみたいときや、一緒にお酒を飲みたい気分のときにも、ぜひお気軽にお越しください。

いろいろなお魚が楽しめる盛り合わせ

旬のお魚をお客様にお造りとしてご提供しております。その日の仕入れによって内容が変わる本日のお造りのほか、盛り合わせも揃っています。

お造りは3品盛りと5品盛りをご用意しております。食べたい魚の種類や、テーブルでご利用の人数によってもお選びいただけます。ぜひ旬の新鮮なお魚のお造りをご賞味ください。

魚介の炙りも揃っております

職人が焼き上げる炙りは、お肉だけでなく魚介もおすすめです。おつまみとして人気のホッケの一夜干しや炙り〆鯖、するめ烏賊の甘辛炙り、といった焼酎や日本酒にも相性抜群のメニューがあります。

ほかにも炙ることで香ばしくなった手作りさつま揚げの炙りや、その日の魚介の仕入れを活かして内容が変わる、本日のカマ焼きをご用意しております。
