Hello, I am the PR manager for the Shinagawa Konan-guchi branch of Rakura Utage, a private room restaurant.

当店ではさまざまなお料理をご用意いたしておりますが、それらの中から季節ごとのイチ押し料理を「おすすめの品」と銘打ってご提供しております。

もちろんこの秋にぜひお召し上がりいただきたい「秋のおすすめ」もご用意出来ました！旬の素材を使用したもの、この季節にピッタリなものなどがレパートリーとなっております。今日はその一部をご紹介いたします。

カリッとジューシー！　「脂の乗った秋サバの竜田揚げ」

秋に旬を迎える魚の代表格と言えば「サバ」ではないでしょうか？それらは秋サバと呼ばれ、脂の乗りが一段と良くなり身が締まった状態となるのです。

当店ではそんな秋サバを竜田揚げにいたしました。外側はたっぷりの衣でカリッカリッ！それでいながら中身はとってもジューシー！秋サバの脂感を堪能していただけること間違いなしです。

そしてその魅力をさらにアップさせるのが、添えられた「葱レモンおろし」です。さっぱりとした風味、アクセントをもたらす食感が、秋サバをより美味しくさせるのです。

ほっくりとさくさくと！　「スイートポテトタルト」

こちらも秋に抜群の美味しさを迎えるさつま芋を使用した「スイートポテトタルト」です。

ホクホクで甘さ抜群のスイートポテトをさくさく食感のタルトに乗せました。そこへかけられているのが、これまた甘さたっぷりのはちみつです。濃厚な甘さがとっても魅力的な一品です。
