Hello, I am the PR manager for the Shinagawa Konan-guchi branch of Rakura Utage, a private room restaurant.

Our restaurant offers a wide variety of beers and other drinks. They are very tasty on their own, but they taste even better when paired with our dishes.

Today, we would like to introduce our signature drinks and dishes that go great with them.

Shochu from all over Japan is available!

We are proud of our drink menu and would like to introduce our first item on the "Shochu" menu. We have a wide variety of shochu from all over Japan.

Kin Kuro" is made with plenty of Kagoshima sweet potatoes. We also have "Ikkokuja," made only from sweet potatoes and sweet potato malt, but we recommend "Kurokirishima," a well-known brand of Kirishima that has both a mild sweetness and a crisp sharpness. We recommend this drink not only for shochu lovers, but also for shochu beginners.

One such dish that goes well with Kurokirishima is "Hokkaido cream cheese with raayu".

The full-bodied taste of the cheese matches the crispness of Kurokirishima just right.

Dark dishes with seafood, such as "Kaisen Yukke" (seafood yukke), are also a perfect match!

Wine is also available at our restaurant. Both red and white wines are available!

We also have an extensive wine menu. We offer a variety of wines such as "J.P. Chenet Cabernet Sauvignon," "Mureda Organic Chardonnay," "Olivier Tricon Chablis," and many more.

The "homemade cheese fish cake" is recommended for these wine menus.
