Hello, I am the PR manager for the Shinagawa Konan-guchi branch of Rakura Utage, a private room restaurant.
One of our signature dishes is the Oyama chicken yakitori. We are sure that many of our customers come to our restaurant for our savory grilled Yakitori. Please spend a relaxing and healing time with delicious yakitori and sake.
Daisen chicken used for yakitori is carefully raised at the foot of Mt. The clean air and water of the great outdoors allow the birds to grow freely, making them a safe and secure ingredient to serve to our customers. The meat is very tender with just the right amount of juicy fat. The more you chew, the more flavorful the meat becomes.
Because yakitori is a simple cooking method, it is easy to see the difference in craftsmanship. The flavor and texture vary greatly depending on the amount of heat, distance from the fire, time of searing, and other details, so it requires a great deal of concentration. At our restaurant, we are thoroughly committed to the art of searing in order for our customers to fully enjoy the deliciousness of Daisen chicken. We are sure that you will appreciate the high level of skill of our craftsmen as soon as you try one of our dishes.
You can order your favorite part of the Oyama Dori yakitori as an individual dish. If you would like to try a different portion of each, or if you are not sure which one to order, please order the assortment. You can choose between tare (sauce) and shio (salt) as your favorite flavor.
