Hello, I am the PR manager for the Shinagawa Konan-guchi branch of Rakura Utage, a private room restaurant.

当店では、お酒やおつまみをひと通り楽しんだあとの〆の一品には、ご飯ものを中心としたお料理をご用意しております。

〆と言えばこれ　お茶漬け各種

飲み会の〆はお茶漬けに決めているという方も多いのではないでしょうか。さらさらっと食べられるお茶漬けは〆にぴったりですよね。当店では基本の「梅」と「鮭」の2種類に加え、「海苔佃煮と天かす」というちょっと珍しい味もご用意しております。

さっぱりとしたいときには梅、少し濃厚な味わいも欲しいというときには鮭を、いつもとちょっと気分を変えたいときには「海苔佃煮と天かす」選んでみてはいかがでしょうか。熱いお茶をたっぷりとかけて仕上がるお茶漬けで、ほっとひと息入れてくださいね。

じっくり丁寧に仕上げます　こんがり焼きおにぎり

特製の醤油ベースのタレを、ご飯がくずれないように注意しながら何度も重ねづけをし、時間をかけてこんがりと焼き上げます。口に入れると香ばしいにおいがふわっと広がりますよ。おこげのようにこんがりとなった食感もお楽しみください。
