当店のテイクアウトには「砂肝銀皮の唐揚げ」や「若鶏の竜田揚げ（5カン）」「フライドポテト（5～9月限定）」というメニューがございます。こういった揚げ物を温め直すときに、電子レンジを使っていませんか？電子レンジで温めてしまうと、揚げ衣がふにゃふにゃと柔らかくなってしまうことがあります。揚げたての揚げ物のように、サクっとした衣にしたい場合には、電子レンジではなくトースターで軽く炙るのがおすすめ。余分な水分だけが飛び、カリッとした食感のある揚げ物が再現できますよ！
