お店の看板メニュー

当店の看板メニューはいくつかありますが、そのうちのひとつが鮮度抜群の大山どりを使った焼鳥です。焼鳥メニューは、軟骨入りつくね串、ねぎ間串、レバー串の3種類をテイクアウトとしてご用意しています。調理師が絶妙な火加減とタイミングで焼き上げたおいしい焼鳥をどうぞご自宅でもお楽しみください。

ご自宅がお店から遠く、持ち帰るのに冷めてしまった場合は、電子レンジでほんのり温めたあと、オーブントースターで少しだけ表面に火を入れていただくと、表面のパリッと感がよみがえりおすすめです。焼き過ぎると焦げてしまうので、時間や火加減に注意してくださいね。
