清酒発祥の地である兵庫県伊丹市の蔵元・小西酒造が手がける「白雪」は、冷でも燗でもお楽しみいただけます。燗にすると、香りがふわっとふくらみます。日本酒の優しい香りに包まれて、疲れた体を癒してください。

おすすめの逸品

日本酒に合わせる逸品は、海鮮がやはりおすすめ。なかでも「するめ烏賊の甘辛炙り」や「炙り〆鯖」のような豊かな磯の風味を感じるものは、日本酒との相性抜群！

「するめ烏賊の甘辛炙り」は、絶妙な火加減と焼き時間で仕上げているため、硬くなりすぎずふっくら柔らか。甘辛いタレがジューシーで、香りを嗅ぐだけでもおなかが空いてきますよ。ひと手間くわえて表面を香ばしく炙った「炙り〆鯖」も抜群においしいですよ。炙ることで鯖の内側に閉じ込められた旨みが表面にあらわれ、いくらでも食べられるクセになる味わいに。日本酒と合わせて、ぜひどうぞ。
