November is almost here. The season is heading toward winter, and as the weather gets colder, you will want to eat "hot pot"! At our restaurant, we offer "motsu-nabe", a hot pot with plenty of stamina. It warms you up and you can take in plenty of vegetables, so please try it.

The richness and umami are superb! White Motsunabe

Shiro-motsu nabe is a recommended autumn/winter menu item that is rich and umami-rich soup with plenty of vegetables. When a pot full of chives, mushrooms, green onions, and motsu are simmered and become limp, it is time to eat.

You can eat more and more vegetables when you cook them in a pot! This is our favorite nabe, which is both delicious and healthy. We hope you enjoy it.

For those who like spicy food, we recommend the "Taiwanese Motsunabe". It warms the body from the core, making it an ideal dish for fall and winter. In addition, the umami and spiciness of the soup, which exudes plenty of vegetable extract, combine to create a rich and full-bodied dish. It is also an excellent match for sake!

How about Zosui (rice porridge) or Ramen noodles with the remaining soup to finish the pot? You can add rice, ramen or udon noodles and enjoy to the end. We will be happy to provide this as an optional extra.
