新年最初のお食事会は、ちょっぴり豪華な気分が楽しめるお肉料理はいかがでしょうか。新年の英気をつけるのにも、お肉料理はおすすめです。今回は、数あるメニューのなかから、おすすめのお肉のメニューをピックアップしてご紹介します。

期間限定メニューをどうぞ

豪華な気分のお肉料理のなかでも、期間限定メニューはぜひともお召しあがりいただきたい一品。現在は、冬限定のメニューをご用意していますが、そのなかに「黒毛和牛　赤身肉のステーキ」が登場しています。肉質の良さに定評のある黒毛和牛のおいしさをダイレクトにお楽しいただける逸品。

塩とレモン、醤油ベースのソース＆ガーリックチップをご一緒につけていますので、食べ比べてみてください。

牛ミスジが堪能できる

牛肉の部位のなかでも希少部位に値する「ミスジ」が堪能できるのが、「特選　牛ミスジのステーキ　～おろし玉葱とリンゴのソース～」です。オリジナルソースはちょっぴり甘めで、お肉をさらに食べやすくブラッシュアップ。しっかりからめてお召し上がりください。

ほかにも、しっかりとお肉の旨みを楽しみたい方には、「牛タンの炙り焼き」がおすすめ。厚切りにカットした牛タンはボリュームがあり、食べ応え抜群です！口いっぱいに広がる旨みは、生ビールやレモンサワー、ハイボールなどのさっぱり泡ドリンクと相性が良くおすすめですよ。
