Hello, I am the PR manager for the Shinagawa Konan-guchi branch of Rakura Utage, a private room restaurant.

さまざまな逸品料理を揃えている当店ですが、特にこだわっているのは、鳥取県の地鶏「大山どり」を使用した焼き鳥です。ジューシーで旨味が凝縮された大山どりを、職人が1(somebody's) side1本丁寧に技術と心を込めて焼き上げています。
