Skewers with seared brand-name local chicken

We offer a variety of delicious kushiyaki skewers made with Daisen-dori, a brand-name local chicken from Tottori Prefecture. You can order various parts of the chicken such as momo, skin, liver, negima, tsukune with cartilage, hatsu, seseri, gizzard, bonjiri, etc., as you like.

We also recommend an assortment when you want to enjoy various parts of the chicken or when you want to share it at the table. Please enjoy the unique umami of the Oyama chicken.

Seared meat in generous portions

We offer a variety of hearty seared meats that go well with a variety of alcoholic beverages. We have a rare part of Daisen chicken, the chicken tenderloin, grilled on a large skewer with salt and wasabi, as well as our house-made herb sausage that goes well with beer.
