Hello, I am the PR manager for the Shinagawa Konan-guchi branch of Rakura Utage, a private room restaurant.

落ち着いた和モダンの雰囲気の完全個室空間で、オリジナリティあふれる和食や創作料理が楽しめる「楽蔵うたげ品川港南口」。当店では通常メニューのほかに、旬の食材や調理方法を取り入れた、季節限定メニューをご用意しております。

本日は当店でご提供している季節限定メニューをご紹介します。いろいろなメニューをそろえておりますので、ぜひご利用ください。

旬のお魚を使用した季節限定メニュー

今が旬のお魚を使った、おいしい季節限定メニューもご用意しました。脂がたっぷりのったヒラマサに、胡麻醤油をからめて作った胡麻ヒラマサがございます。

ほかにも、新鮮な活〆の鱧を使用したカツを作りました。衣はサクサク、身はふわふわに仕上げています。添えている梅肉おろしや山椒塩でさっぱりとお召し上がりいただけます。

お肉を使ったジューシーな限定メニュー

ボリュームたっぷり、お肉を使ったおいしい限定メニューもご用意しております。ジューシーでやわらかい、鴨肉をつかったねぎま串を作りました。鴨とねぎの相性抜群の串は、たれか塩を選びます。

黒毛和牛のもも肉を使用したステーキもご用意しました。玉ねぎとリンゴを使用した自家製ソースと、わさびおろしを添えています。さっぱりお召し上がりください。
