当店でご提供しているコースの中で、もっともランクの高いものが「極懐石コース」です。メインには黒毛和牛のステーキをご用意しました。ほかにも前菜、冷製合鴨ロースの蒸し煮九条葱のソース、ズワイ蟹釜茹で、丸ごと鮑の天婦羅、いくらの茶碗蒸しと、高級食材をふんだんに使用したメニューをそろえております。

〆のお食事には、料理長おまかせ寿司と、姫蛤のお吸物をご用意しました。
