動画や画像で、氷に穴をあけて行う氷上の釣りシーンを見たことがある方も多いのではないでしょうか。それは、冬に旬を迎える小魚わかさぎの釣りシーンです。当店では冬の魚の代表ともいえるような美味しいわかさぎを使った「わかさぎの唐揚げ」をご用意しています。

わかさぎの身は淡泊で上品な甘みのある白身ですが、お料理ではわかさぎを丸ごと唐揚げにするため、ワタのほろ苦さまで楽しめるのがポイント。ちょっぴり大人の味わいがビールのお供にぴったり。日本酒や焼酎にもよく合いますよ。サクサク衣のおいしい唐揚げをぜひお楽しみください。
