当店の串焼きでは、鳥取県のブランド鶏「大山どり」を使用しております。「大山どり」は、飼育期間やえさにこだわり飼育されております。そのため、ジューシーなのに旨味は濃厚！そんな魅力あふれる鶏肉なのです。
