In order to provide our guests with a taste of the season, we have renewed our course menus according to the four seasons. How about the "Ajiwai Course" for a taste of summer delicacies?

Enjoy 8 dishes that are both tasty and hearty, such as "Steamed Chicken Salad with Tomato Caesar Dressing" that gives you a crisp taste of nutritious chicken and "Chirashi Sushi with Chilled Horse Mackerel Chirashi Dashi" with its irresistible, chilly soup stock. Of course, the 2-hour all-you-can-drink menu is also included.

The "Selected Course," consisting of 10 dishes, is a course meal that can be used not only for a regular dinner party, but also as a stage for entertaining guests. Starting with an appetizer of "Tororo somen with salmon roe and green laver," guests can enjoy "Hamo and prawn tempura" using seasonal ingredients and "Crab-an chawanmushi (steamed egg custard with crab innards)" with its gentle and delicious flavor.

The main dish is a hearty "Special Beef Steak with Grilled Vegetables". Please enjoy the juicy flavor of the meat.
