Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Shinjuku East Exit Store.

When you hear the words "winter season" or "winter cuisine," are there any particular ingredients or dishes that come to mind? Japan has four seasons, and many people would like to enjoy the cuisine of each of the four seasons. Our restaurant offers a "Seasonal Recommendation Menu" that changes with each season.

Many people think of winter as a time for one-pot meals. This winter, our restaurant offers "Yose-konabe", a small hot pot of thick Hakutou (white soup). The Hakutou soup is delicious, infused with the flavor of chicken! With each bite, you will not only feel the delicious flavor, but also warm up your body. The vegetables and white fish in this dish make it a satisfying meal.

In addition, we also offer "Rakura's Seared Duck in a Hot Pot - minimum order of 2 servings - / 1,529 yen (tax included)," so please choose your favorite hot pot dish and enjoy it.
