続いてご紹介するのは、日本酒や焼酎がお好きな方におすすめの「炙りたて鰹のタタキ」です。香ばしく炙ったことで、香りが鰹の旨味を引き立ててくれます。一口食べたときにふわっと広がる香りと旨味にお酒が進む方は少なくないはず。薬味も添えていますので、お好みでご使用ください。
