Enjoy tender young chicken to your heart's content "Seasonal Creation (nabe) Course

You can enjoy "Wakadori and Soft-bone Tsukune no Shiryu Nabe", which is filled with high-quality flavorful wakadori chicken, tsukune (skewered chicken bones) and vegetables. If you inform us at the time of reservation, you can change the ending from Zosui (rice porridge) to Ramen (noodles). Enjoy 10 kinds of exquisite dishes such as "kuwai and carrot fluff," "three kinds of assorted sashimi," "red fish with seaweed tartar nanban," etc.

Delicious sesame flavored "Taste of the Season (nabe) Course

Eleven dishes will be served, including "Marinated Shrimp with Lemon," "Salmon Potato Salad with Baguette," and "Batter-fried Red Fish with Yakumi Dressing. The hot pot menu features "Sesame Soy Milk Hot Pot with Spanish Pork 'Artissimo Ribasamu'" using Alto pork, which is known for its delicious fatty flavor and tenderness. The flavor of the pork soaked in the mild sesame-flavored soy milk is irresistible. As in the "Seasonal Creation Course," you can choose to finish the dish with either zosui (rice porridge) or ramen noodles.
