Today, we pick up the "Meat Enjoyment Course" from the Spring Banquet Course, which includes 8 dishes and all-you-can-drink for 2 hours. This is a very economical course plan that allows you to enjoy rare cuts of meat for only 4,000 yen per person (tax included).

Rare meat is tender "kainomi

The rare meat served in the course is kainomi, a lean meat that can only be obtained from a single cow. It is characterized by its even distribution of the meat throughout and the fact that the fat is not too greasy and does not cause stomach upset. The meat is crispy and you can feel the original flavor and sweetness of the lean meat with each bite.

At our restaurant, we serve this chionomiyaki simply as a steak. You can directly enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients.

Please also enjoy spring delicacies such as amazu-marinated kipper and salad with sakura shrimps and tofu.

The all-you-can-drink menu normally includes more than 50 kinds of drinks, but for an additional 500 yen (excluding tax), you can have more than 100 kinds of drinks. Please be sure to try the more varieties of shochu.
