Yodarechicken is a type of Chinese dish named for the fact that it is so delicious that it makes you drool from the mouth. It is a dish that contains sansho (Japanese pepper), garlic, raayu (Chinese chili oil), sesame oil, and other ingredients that accentuate the spiciness and aroma of the dish.

Served with spring vegetables, such as green beans and fava beans, the namulu gives the dish an even more seasonal flavor.
