Summer is almost here! Introducing summer vegetable snacks! | Rakura Shinjuku East Exit

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Shinjuku East Exit Store.

Temperatures are warming up, and as soon as spring is over, it will be summer as well.

Our restaurant offers snacks made with vegetables in season during the summer.

edamame (green soybeans)

Edamame is the perfect accompaniment to summer beer. At our restaurant, we dare not remove the bunches of edamame so that the flavor of the edamame is not lost.

Tataki cucumber with ume plum paste

This is our popular dish of chopped cucumber with ume plum paste. The crunchiness of the fresh cucumber and the refreshing ume plum paste are an excellent match. You will not be able to stop eating this dish with chopsticks.
