This authentic sweet potato shochu is made with black malted rice and is characterized by its smooth, sweet, and crisp taste. It is a good choice for those who are new to sweetpotato shochu because it is sharp and easy to drink.
Mitake ... 610 yen (excluding tax)
Mitake is an authentic sweet potato shochu made from spring water from Yakushima Island, which has been selected as a World Natural Heritage site. It is characterized by its elegant aroma, mellowness, and refreshing taste. We recommend this shochu because it is easy to drink even for potato shochu beginners.

The characteristic monja croquettes are sweet and spicy and well seasoned, and go perfectly with imo-shochu (sweet potato shochu)! It is also a recommended item that you can enjoy its soft and crunchy texture.
