Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Shinjuku East Exit Store.
Many people choose "fried food" as a dish to eat with alcohol. We of course put a lot of effort into our fried dishes, and most of our customers order some kind of fried dish from our menu.
We would like to introduce two of our most frequently ordered menu items. Please be sure to order them when you visit our restaurant.
This is "Deep Fried Hokuhoku Yam Karaage," a simple deep-fried yam. The simple taste and texture of this menu item are popular for its straightforward taste of the ingredients. Please enjoy it with a squeeze of lemon if you like.
This is "Wakadori no Tatsuta-age" (deep-fried young chicken). Unlike karaage, tatsuta-age is battered and deep-fried. The name comes from the way the batter and chicken meat float in the oil, like the splashes of water and cherry blossoms on the Tatsuta River in Nara Prefecture. The chicken is also seasoned with mirin and soy sauce, so it can be served as is. It is also served with a squeeze of lemon, if desired.
We also offer a variety of other fried dishes that go well with alcoholic beverages. Please spend an enjoyable time with your favorite dish.
Rakuzo is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.
We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular among men and women of all ages. Please be sure to try our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers. We also have original dishes that we are proud of. We hope you will enjoy our specialties.
We look forward to serving you all.
