Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Shinjuku East Exit Store.

This is the time of year when many foods are in season. It is also called "autumn of appetite" because we can enjoy a wide variety of delicious foods. At our restaurant, we also offer a wide variety of autumn delicacies for everyone to enjoy.

This time, we would like to introduce two of them that you can enjoy as a small snack. Please be sure to order them when you visit our restaurant.

 

Creative cuisine with mushrooms, the taste of autumn

This is "Seared Hanpen and Mushrooms Baked in Foil". Mushrooms that are in season in autumn are wrapped and baked together with hanpen. The mushrooms are cooked in a way that preserves the aroma of the mushrooms in season, so that the table is filled with the delicious aroma of mushrooms. The buttery soy sauce goes perfectly with the mushrooms, making this dish a perfect accompaniment to drinks.

 

What's inside the deep-fried tofu is sukiyaki?

This is "Beef Sukiyaki Kinchi-Age". Ingredients used in sukiyaki, such as beef, leek, and garland chrysanthemum, are wrapped in fried bean curd and fried crispy and savory.
