Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Shinjuku East Exit Store.

This is the "Surume squid seared with sweet and spicy sauce". It is a dish in which squid is slowly seared, and you can enjoy the firm texture of the sliced squid in round slices. Seared vinegared mackerel has a great aroma and taste!

This is "Aburi-Seared Vinegared Mackerel". The surface of the vinegared mackerel is seared just before serving to give it a unique aroma. This is one of our most popular menu items, and many customers order it because they like the aroma. We hope you will enjoy our signature vinegared mackerel when you visit us.
