This is "Seared Duck Seri Nabe". The duck meat is slightly seared, which makes it more aromatic and gives it a deeper flavor. This is the "Yose-konabe" (thick white hot pot). It is a hot pot using a variety of ingredients, and the flavor of the ingredients soaks through, adding depth and color to the taste.
